Stokkur/Geysir

Stokkur and Geysir are geysers that are located a couple hours or so from Reykjavik. Geysir is no longer active and Stokkur is now the main attraction. Wheelchair access is excellent. There are hard packed paths and pavers all throughout the park so you can see all the hot pools and Stokkur. Try the soft serve ice cream here and at future stops – Kjors is the best (creamiest) brand.
I don’t think that I will have the opportunity for such a great trip – my parents are no nearly as adventurous as your. You must be a very lucky person!
